International Finance Corporation (IFC)
Although part of the World Bank Group, the International Finance Corporation (IFC) is a separate legal entity with separate Articles of Agreement, share capital, financial structure, management, and staff. Membership in IFC is open only to member countries of the World Bank.
The IFC publishes financial statements and its budget. On the Worldbank Group's finances portal (finances.worldbank.org), data related to the IFC's financials are available.
Other complementary organizations of the World Bank Group are the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), International Development Association (IDA), Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA) and International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).
